Short version: Use Imagine It For Me for your own personal, lawful reading. The visualizations are AI-generated interpretations, not official depictions. Respect the copyrights of the books you scan. Subscriptions renew through Apple until you cancel.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Imagine It For Me (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app lets you capture passages from books you are reading and generates AI visualizations of the characters and places those passages describe. Visualizations are algorithmic interpretations and may be inaccurate or differ from any author’s or publisher’s intent.

3. Your responsibilities

You will use the app only for personal, non-commercial reading and only with content you have a lawful right to access.
You are responsible for respecting the copyright and terms of the books and materials you scan. The app does not grant you any rights to third-party content.
You will not use the app to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its backend services.

4. AI-generated content

Generated images and text are produced by third-party AI models and are provided “as is.” They may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for how you use them. We do not claim that generated depictions represent any real person or any official version of a character or place.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require an auto-renewable Pro subscription, sold through the Apple App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its original content are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
